The role of security-effects of cognitive based and emotional trust
Abstract
The basis of all communication is security and trust. This study aims to be a secondary research summarizing scientific articles and research investigating effective organizational communication. Effective organizational communication is important, among other relevant factors, in terms of the quality of life of the employees in the organization, in terms of the organization's partner relationships, and in the issue of adapting to continuous changes. Effective organizational communication enables people to interpret reality together, summarizing individual interpretations.
